iBrainEX provides academic, career, marriage, and corporate counselling services using Psychometric Assessments and DMIT analysis.

We collect basic personal information including name, contact details, academic/professional information, assessment responses, fingerprint scans (for DMIT dermatoglyphic analysis only), payment details, and communication records.
This data is used solely for assessment, report generation, counselling services, payment processing, and customer support.
Fingerprint scans are used strictly for dermatoglyphic pattern analysis and are not used for biometric identification, Aadhaar linkage, banking authentication, or forensic purposes.
Data Protection
All data is stored securely with restricted access. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties except for payment processing, legal compliance, or service delivery requirements.
Users may request correction or deletion of personal data after service completion.
Payments, Cancellation & Refund Policy
All payments made for assessments, consultations, and report generation are non-refundable once the service process has been initiated.
Refunds, if applicable under exceptional circumstances, are at the sole discretion of iBrainEX management.
Service Delivery
Reports and counselling sessions are delivered digitally or in person as agreed at the time of booking.
